What we doi is elect two people, not necessarily officers, but
normally people that have been around for a while and have a very good
idea of how the chapter feels about specific issues. Of course, this comes
up in discussion anyway. The other way is to have one person who has been
around for a while (i.e. six semesters or something like that) and someone
who is fairly new, but has had offices (maybe three semesters or four).
That is what we did for '96. But we normally don't have anybody
automatically selected as a delegate.
