I have been reading a few of the messages on this topic and I would just
like to add my two cents.
Let us assume that A-Phi-O officially allows chapters to own an official
fraternity house.
Wouldn't it be up to the individual chapter to determine if owning a
house would be possible? If the chapter has the funds and the desire to
buy a house,
they could. If it was not possible for the chapter to own a house, then
they wouldn't. Isn't this choice up to the individual chapter?
By the way, I live on a campus with no official fraternity housing.
Greeks (as well as ANY other group, including A-Phi-O) may apply for
group housing on a wing in the Towers.
That is just my two cents.
