Brothers:
If anyone has seen the bylaw amendments on www.apo.org, they are not
complete. For some reason, most of the stuff I sent in was not published.
Everything was sent in timely and properly. I will clear this and get back to
all of you, so i can discuss the issues of the amendments here.
