One thing we have is a pseudo-office called "Shine guys", guys being
gender neutral. They are nominated and elected early in the semester, and
there are one or more "Shiney breaks" during the active meetings. This
can be a skit, some trivia, some bad jokes, etc, but it's a nice and
usually short break from the meeting.
