Hello Brothers! I hope not to offend anyone by my post. I have prided
myself on being quiet on recent discussions, for a change:), but I feel I
must post.
The behavior on the list recently, especially in degrading our list
administrator, degrading Brothers who happen to be from all-male chapters,
and the like is an OUTRAGE!!!! Such behavior has NO PLACE on this list.
Our administrator is correct - discussion about Clinton does NOT belong on
the list - Alpha Phi Omega as an organization is APOLITICAL -- we take NO
official political stance on ANY MATTER. If Clinton were not a Brother,
this thread would have ended LONG AGO!!!
Additionally, to comments on "Brothers and Sisters". I LOVE BEING A BROTHER
- THAT IS EQUALITY. Though I know others do not share my view, it is up to
the Chapters and Voting Delegates to make ligislative decisions on our
internal political matters. Discussion should be civil and respectful, not
calling people "Jerks" or for them to be thrown out.
As a female Brother, I love being treated on the same level as male
Brothers - even better by some :). Some of my closest friends on the
Fraternity are even from All-Male chapters! ANd some are not!
The important thing is civil and respectful dialogue. We are Brothers and
we are Alpha Phi Omega!

Sister (sic) you are off base. This needs to be discussed and these male
jerks need to be removed from OUR APO. The list is supposed to be on
discussions to be done at the Convention. Just because you are a Clinton
supporter and obviously a supporter of all male chapters does not give you
the
right to make these decisions. The list may be administered by you, but
you
are not the list.
