The first "official" female Brother of our fraternity was:
Phyllis Tenney
initiated in 1969 with the installation of Phi Epsilon Chapter, at Maine
Maritime Academy and with full knowledge and consent of the National
Board of Directors.
Hope that helps!
This excepts the case that the Chapters in the Philippines admitted
women a full decade before we did.
