I noticed the problem because a sipb account holder came into the
office and complained that the partition was at 101%.  Yes, full.  The
user couldn't inc.  I asked around the office, and people generally
agreed that Ken's usage was exorbitant.  As an AFS maintainer, it is
my responsibility to deal with full disks, and to chastize people who
make it happen through inappropriate use.

I did a du.  over 90meg was emacs 19.

I think it's a worthwhile project, too.  But we have to balance the
cost against the benefit.  He's using almost as much space for e19 as
the SIPV is using for all of sipbsrc.  Is emacs 19 that valuable?

I'll keep that in mind next time.  Both polite and Cygnus :-)
