Well, if sipb doesn't mind keeping the same info in its prdb as
athena, this doesn't seem too hard. At the very least, it shouldn't
be hard to add the info in Moira to the existing info in the sipb
database. As barr3y pointed out the only difference is in
system:administrators. (And user's groups, like marc:foo, but the
software already deals with that, so it shouldn't be an issue.)
