I agree that the SIPB part of the machine room needs to be
reorganized, however, I'm not sure whether tehre is enough floor space
for your plan. I believe that we need to leave one floor tile open
next to the windows, so the filters can be changed periodically. I'm
not sure how much space we need to leave around the large air
conditioning unit. Otherwise it seems quite reasonable to me.
