Hold on a sec....first of all the idea was to put file space on the 4 Gig
disk.  I still vote that we wait for at least a reasonable amount time for
that to get in. 

After talking things over with Jonathon and probe I agree that rebuilding the
vldb and doing it without swap is the right plan.  

Jonathon & I also talked about what has to happen wrt the Athena
Cellsrvdb...sicne that needs to be coordinated (as well as running config_afs
on the dialups and other machines) 

As for coordination in general....We need someon with s:a -c athena for the
athena CellsrvDB and someone with namespace bits for the name change.
