FYI:

The vldb keeps entries by IP address.  When ronald-ann moves from
18.70 to 18.181 it will require us to rebuild the vldb, and coordinate
with IS to get the CellServDB.

In the meantime, we can coordinate a name change to swap the names
new-rosebud and rosebud.  This will cause no problems at all for
clients (well, except rlogin and srvtabs, but those can be fixed :-)

So, since we don't need any temp space, and since we don't need to
coordinate with IS, when do we want to bring up the new rosebud and
start moving volumes?  How much free disk space do with have right
this minute?  I'm willing to work on this...
