My point was that we dont have to move ronald-ann at this stage --
"move" rosebud (by bringing up a new machine and moving the volumes).
This would cause no outage at this time; it requires no changes to
CellServDB; it requires no name changes. At some later time, when we
can coordinate the CellServDB and name changes, we can move ronald-ann
over to 18.181 and rebuild the vldb. However that doesn't have to
happen at the same time that we migrate rosebud.
My point: I'm saying that we should have 3 AFS servers running for
some period of time.
