net 18? ne2000/340/10?

Two quick questions:  
Do I have to be on net 18 to use the nifty nfs install from
/mit/netbsd/release?  And could someone be so kind as to configure a
kernal with adaptec scsi for an ne2000 card at port 340 int 10?
