IP address change?

Should be simple, I know, but I moved a machine running current
athena-netbsd version and now can't seem to see the network...
(hangs after checking afsd completes and begins checking cell
locations, never sees a server).

I just edited references to the old address (&gateway) that I found in
/etc/rc.conf, /etc/defaultroute, /etc/ifconfig.ep1 (adapter is a
supported PCMCIA card that worked fine before) and /etc/athena/rc.conf.

Is there anything, athenawise or otherwise besides the above that need
to be changed to reflect a new IP address (new subnet).

Or just a pointer to start troubleshooting would be appreciated.

(net connection, IP address and hostname work fine using windoze, grrr)

Sheepish thanks,
Bob Fleming
