i believe you have the following options:
a) you can just export stuff via regular nfs. you can then mount it
from other machines using mount hostname:/exportpath
b) you can use knfs (which is built for linux. it might compile under
bsd. im not sure.) you can find it by searching at mit for "knfs" or
"kerberized nfs"
-if you installed this, you get some kerberos support.
-but you also need accounts to make you a srvtab with support for
exporting via nfs, and they need to make you a mountpoint.
-if they and you do all this, you can attach the knfs exported files
via "add mountpointname"
-but it's still not as secure as it should be; it onlyauthenticates
once per session, and is based on an old version of nfs.
