we found the ISA SCSI card "SCSI PRO" by SIIG, Inc in the
scsi-howto:

  Section 4.3 Adaptec 152x, 151x, Sound Blaster 16 SCSI,
SCSI Pro, Gigabyte, and other AIC
                                    6260/6360 based products (Standard)

but using lilo boot time option: aha152x=0x140,11,7
causes a driver panic in aha152x followed by a kernel panic.

boot time messages:

aha152: processing command line: portbase 0x140 fails probe
kernel panic: aha152x panics at line 613

we are using slackware 3.0.0 (ELF) with the slackware 1.2.13
kernel source tree, (patched for ELF). we specified only the aha152x
scsi controller type in make config.

the hardware is a siig inc scsi pro 16bit isa scsi card and 1
ez-drive 135 scsi.

thanks in advance...
