That's a minor issue. I can still have my slow Quantum Fireball on the MESH
chain to boot from.
My Open Firmware Flash ROM has support for some 53c8xx chips, but I'm not sure
whether it'll recognize the '875. We'll see...

Yes, I know people use it with the '875 board that comes with some G3 PowerMac.
I just wanted to know whether there are some Fireport 40 specific quirks...
