Hi there,
Thanks for the suggestions -- the termination at both
ends of the SCSI bus is just fine, and PnP is enabled.
It turns out my problem is
a bug in the Adaptec driver which was distributed with
2.0.35. It is reportedly fixed in the driver accompanying
the 2.0.36 pre-patches.
I just thought I'd post this back to the list, so that
others need not repeat the bug report. Thanks for all
of your help.
