Hi Michael!
I´d suggest You initially check the terminations;
I´ve myself found Windows 95 to be an unrealiable
source when it comes to SCSI. Also make sure that
the PNP-extension in the 2940U-controllercard is
enabled. I don´t know why, but on some 2940U-cards,
disabling this will cause failure on some scsi-devices.
