#Leonard, or anybody concerned:
#It seems like this Fireball bug has been around for a while, I think

#How come quantum has not done anything about this? Is this a

This is a known issue at Quantum, and AFAIK, 99% of the Quantum's you buy
these days have firmware that does NOT have the CQ bug. When they found
out about the bug, they made a fix freely available to Quantum customers.
IIRC, the firmware fix was a DOS executable of course, but so's the flash
for my FireGL 1000 Pro. (BIOS 1.58 is here! Yay!)
