Leonard, or anybody concerned: It seems like this Fireball bug has been around for a while, I think ever since the first appearance of the fireball series of hard drives. How come quantum has not done anything about this? Is this a "legitimate" bug in quantum's eyes? And if quantum isn't being responsive to the bugs that are found in its products, why does the linux community continously buy from them?
