Leonard, or anybody concerned:

It seems like this Fireball bug has been around for a while, I think
ever since the first appearance of the fireball series of hard drives. 
How come quantum has not done anything about this?  Is this a
"legitimate" bug in quantum's eyes?  And if quantum isn't being
responsive to the bugs that are found in its products, why does the
linux community continously buy from them?  Can't we just boycott this
product, or something?
