When your computer boots, and it goes through the memory check, and
asks you if you want to change CMOS settings, etc., there should be a
prompt from your 2940 that asks you to press ctrl+a if you want to
change the 2940 settings. Press ctrl+a when it asks you, and you can
change the IRQ in the following screens.
The BIOS revision for my 2940 is 1.16.
