Well, I can second the suggestion to read the SCSI-HOWTO.
But here's what I know from memory: Every SCSI Hostadapter complying to the
SCSI-2 standard should supply the TermPower cable. So you don't need to set
Quantum's jumper.
If you do so, it still should not cause any trouble, as the TermPower output
should be protected by a diode, but don't rely on that.
