and termination issues.  In the world of electronics, this tends to mean
that the hardware was manufactured to poor tolerances, or the initial
design was somewhat flawed or flaky to begin with. 

Glad to hear that you're having some better luck with the Granite Digital
active termination, but in the future, you might want to get a Buslogic
card.
