AHA-1520B doesn't detect with Red Hat in

Please tell me....
I have an Adaptec AHA-1520B, and I want to use this bard with Linux.
I'm trying to install Linux with the Red Hat 4.2 installer.
But, Red Hat 4.2 installer couldn't detect AHA-1520B.
The SCSI BIOS settings is set collectly, I think.
And I tried at boot like this, but not detected.
boot: linux aha152x=0x340,11,7,1,1
