Well, I have no problem using the Jaz Drive in win95.

Yes, I am running win95 in the other partition and the IRQ assigned to
the SCSI card are the same for both Linux and win95.

No, I have an extermal Jaz drive.

The only thing that I have tried is to modprobe advansys with my Jaz
Drive turned on. I got Kernel Panic. I have not been able to mount
the Jaz Drive because Linux does not recognize it.

I also tried to boot up Linux with the SCSI card by modifying
/etc/conf.modules. I added one extra line "alias scsi_hostadapter
advansys". That didn't seem to help. (Yes, I have advansys.o in
/lib/modules/2.0.18/scsi)

Any ideas?
