A command timed out.  This is most likely due to termination, cabling,
or your drive.  I've mentioned this before, and it should probably be
in a FAQ (perhaps I'll put it in README.aic7xxx), but you really have
to be careful with termination.  Especially with Ultra speeds enabled,
you need at least active termination.  Do not attempt to terminate
your bus with a tape drive, CD-ROM, etc, as they most likely do not
use active termination.

Also, if you have problems and are using auto-termination, don't.  Use
manual termination in SCSI Select Utilities.
