I don't know! How would I check this?? Is it the IRQ that would cause this
conflict. I tried changing the IRQ to 5, but that still didn't work!

I didn't know there were jumpers on the actual CD Drive, but I'll give that
a try. Thanks!
What would I change them to?

But how?? Would these be jumpers on the drive or the adapter.
According to the documentation for my adapter, there are no jumpers to set
the ID.

But I don't do any of this. I insert the CD in the drive and boot from the
boot disk. The install program tells me to insert the install CD in the drive.
It is, so I hit OK. Then I am prompted for my SCSI adpater type. I give it
the parameters (base address, IRQ). It says 'Scanning SCSI bus...' and then
'Initialising CD-ROM...'
Then I get the disk change errors. Any idea what this could be?

Thanks for your help.
