Here is a quik one:
boot: linux aha152x=0x340,11,7,1
where 340 is address, 11 is interrupt, 7 is scsi-bus address, 1 is needed
but I don´t remember what it was. Worked with 0.1.57 kernel.
Use "append" in LILO.
