tcpd has 2 different config-file formats. The newer and more powerfull one
isn't described in the original manpages, but in hosts_options(5).

For Example:
hosts.deny-----------------
in.telnetd:     ALL:rfc931:twist=/usr/local/sbin/inka.deny %c
---------------------------
Starts the script and gives the complete Address of the caller (including
identd if present).
