Well, We've tried 1.0.x and 1.1.x, and that was even worse. Especially
1.1.x. We have about 1500 people having accounts here, and since we are
using NFS, we have a very hevay networking load. We have a machine acting
as a mail, news, and WWW-server and that one never hangs. So I think
it's a matter of network load.
