I've placed the updates for AX25.027 on the sunacm.swan.ac.uk archive site.
These are the (probably final) changes for the current AX.25 set before I
go for hacking with KA9Q's generously GPL'd code for Linux 1.3.x.

This fixes

o	SO_DEBUG being overly security concious
o	AX.25 socket crashes when a buffer is queued a long time
in the PI or AX.25 drivers and the socket is destroy too
		early
o	Potential queue walking problems caused by missing interrupt
		protection
o	PI2 driver changes for new architecture independant interrupt
handler (basically irq number is passed in not grabbed out of
		the interrupt stack).
