We are aware of the speed problems with xrn. The news server is
currently overloaded and low on disk space, which is why you are
noticing performance problems. We are in the process of upgrading
both the amount of memory in the machine and the amount of disk space
on it; when those upgrades are completed, you should notice a
significant performance improvement.
