I didn't see an announcement in bug-sipb about this being planned, so i
assume it was a mistake and copied over the rn from sipbsrc and
released the volume.
It wasn't planned; I fucked up in a rather moronic way -- I meant to
delete the ".old" files so that the sipb version of the locker would
be closer in size to the Athena version's quota, but I deleted the
in-use binaries instead. What can I say, it was late.
Sorry for the trouble, Bruce and others. Chee, thanks for fixing the
problem before I got a chance to :-).
