Archie on decstation appears to be failing - perl locker looks scrod

Can't locate sys/socket.ph in @INC (did you run h2ph?) at /mit/sipb/decmipsbin/archie line 20.

I suspect that Marc was recompiling perl or something and forgot. I'm
just telling bug-sipb as sipb software is relying on the perl locker
which is broken.
