Receiving no reply, and unable to wait any longer, I have chosen port
3713 as the port number for technotify.
Please add:
technotify 3713/udp # TechNotify (mail notificat'n)
to /source/athena/config/files/common/{services,services.add} for the
next release. 3710 was the last "athena" port in use there, so I
skipped a couple in case someone else was already using them, but they
weren't recorded in that file or something.
