I would like to get a reserved port number for the technotify service.
Technotify is (currently) a macintosh application used for checking for
the existence of mail on a mailhub.
Currently the application has a port number of 23412, although this was
chosen simply at random, and there is no reason that it needs to be this
port number.
The service name should be "technotify". After receiving a port number,
I will deal with getting a hesiod entry created for it, etc., as
necessary.
