Who modified the MWM app-defaults file?

I thought I was supposed to be responsible for MWM.
I found out today, though, that someone had modified the MWM
app-defaults file for 7.2 without asking/telling me about it.
This wouldn't be so bad except that it's wrong and it's breaking things
(namely dash). And now that the release is out there, it's kinda too
late.
I'm not happy about this. I suppose there's not a lot we can do about
it now. Next time, can you please consult me on changes to projects
that I am responsible for? I would also like to hear an explanation for
the changes that were made.
