You are. But the config file affects other parts of the release. The
configuration change does not affect the functionality of mwm, but how
mw interacts with dash.

These were the changes as requested by cfields so that when mwm
was used and dash was started, a title bar would not come up. This was
the developers perogatives.

How does it break dash? There was a full month of testing by staff and
they never reported any problems.

At the time you were not responsible for dash, craig was. The change in
the resource was made on December 6.
