Zephyr server testing

Starting Friday (or maybe Saturday, if I was too late in updating the
Moira info), the testers machines will be using three Zephyr servers
rather than the regular two. If your machine gets rebooted (or for
some other reason the zhm process gets restarted), it may at some
point be talking to the new server, Arilinn. If the zhm process does
not get restarted, it will continue talking only to the two older
servers.
Arilinn is running a new version of the Zephyr server. Please report
any unexpected behavior (like a sudden loss of subscriptions or
locations). If things get really bad, which I don't expect, Anne
Salemme or I can shut down the new server.
