The above system was reported down with no logins. I was paged by the client
and was able to diagnose the failure over the phone. This was an ultra10
running with an external hard drive (that we do not support). However, the
failure resided on the system disk within the ultra10. Walked the client
through a software install, without the external hard drive connected. Client
was very happy that somebody was available to offer this assistance and at
least getting the ultra10 back up. Client will deal with the external drive
once the system is back in operation.
