Dear Everyone:
I have not heard from you concerning the shutdown request for Fan No. 2 in
Bldg. N42 - 2nd floor on Friday, July 5 from 7 AM - 3 PM. This would mean a
loss of supply ventilation, supply cooling and supply heating return air
during the shutdown period.
Would you please let me know by 2 PM today if possible whether you do or do
not approve of this rescheduled shutdown. I believe you have theoretically
approved this but wanted a reminder.
