Hi,
I am using an athena public printer at NW12-326.
The name of printer is 'nw12out'.
It has an error message saying '13.3 DUPLEX JAM'.
I looked inside to remove any papers jammed but nothing
was there. I turned off and on to see what happen.
Unfortunately nothing happened.
Please let me know how to fix it or send someone to handle it.
Since this place is rather remote from other printers
we need to fix this problem ASAP.
