x15-cruise-basselope excessive panics

Over the past few montsh, x15-cruise-basselope, the ultra1 in the sipb
office has panicked more often than seems reasonable. Often the panic
message is something like:
Jul 18 02:47:40 X15-CRUISE-BASSELOPE.MIT.EDU root: Booting (panic[cpu0]/thread=0x60b145c0: CPU0 Ecache SRAM Data Parity Error: AFSR 0x00000000 00400010 AFAR 0x000001ff 10000000)
I suspect that this may be a similar problem to the one seen on
ultrasparc in n42.
