Lou reported a problem with lpc on paper-pusher. I took a look and the
problem was that /usr/ucb/lpc was ahead of /usr/athena/etc/lpc in root's path.
I looked at io which did not have the problem (becasue /usr/ucb/lpc was not
there) so I move /usr/ucb/lpc to /usr/ucb/lpc.orig.
This fixed the problem.
Brian: we might want to put something in mkserv opsrint to fix this (or is it
a remnant from paper-pusher's old state)
