Dear athena hotline people,
my name is Peter Nelson and I am the new
Computer TA for the ChemE athena cluster in 66-070, replacing John Wilhelmi.
There is an intermittent problem with leicester; when you logon a
window opens up with the error message:
Login Failed
Unable to set users credentials
It does not appear to matter who logs on, the error is the same.
However, if you adjust the thicknet cable on the floor it sometimes happens
that you can log on!!!
Is this a problem that you can help us with?
Is there any preferred way for me to report problems to you?
