I don't know if this is the correct place to send a cluster physical
plant problem, but hopefully you can forward it to the right people.
The knob on the main door of the 2-032 cluster does not allow one to open
the door from the INSIDE. One must exit through the rear door. Entry is
still possible through the keypad on the main door, but not obvious exit
mechanism exists inside the room.
