Problem reported:Monitor is smoking and popping.

Action taken:replaced monitor.

Notes: Greg's new monitor should be here tomorrow.

Problem reported:Panic errors.
Serial number and location of machine:080069095227,1-250.
Action taken: replaced hard drive.
Part number used:013-1070-001.
PC Service log number:R6493.

Date called in:1/30/95
Problem reported: Paper jams.
Serial number and location of printer:usbb118635.
Action taken: Tightened lose fuser assembly screws (right side of the fuser). 
Cleaned paper seperation assembly rollers as well as paper exit rollers. 
Parts used:Alchohol, rag, and last but not least-common sense.
PC Service log number:R6496.
Notes: Ran several test prints through the printer, worked great. I think the 
lose fuser screws were the cause of the problem.


I will be checking on M-66-088-16 this afternoon!!
