I think the suggested changes to Andrew are great, and reflect solid steps
into the future.
The fallout on documentation is minor (in the sense that the changes primarily
expand functionality rather than gratuitously switch behaviors on users, so
it's a question of adding text, not so much revising what we've already done).
I see no problem with making ALL the changes.
(Still, check with Gary re: minicourses; I believe there'll be some fallout,
but I doubt enough to keep us from enacting the changes).
