Subtle change to proposed EZ user visible change.

Further testing of the wonderful X selection behaviour I described
yesterday has shown an undesirable side effect:

The ezdiff program (which is on the packs, expected to be used by more
people than Bill Cattey) does not properly highlight differences in the
two windows. This is because the author of the X selection code decided
that highlighting and X selection should be the same everywhere.

To avoid this undesirable side effect, I just disable PART of the new behavior:
the part that allowed other apps to de-select the EZ selection.

In my previous note I said:

Old Way of de-selecting the EZ selection.
Not possible outside the EZ window.

	New Way
Highlight a string in another window.
(JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER APPS)

We just keep the old way.

The other benefits on cut and paste between EZ not needing M-w are still kept.
